All purchases have a handling time before the order can ship . Unless otherwise noted there is up to 2 business days (48 hours) handling time for all items. Tracking number will be provided on day of shipping, generally within 72 business hours. As of July 8, 2020 shipping will occur on Tuesdays.
“Domestic” pertains to the continental US; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands may have separate shipping charges applied at checkout.
Rates are determined at checkout based on package weight and delivery location. Unless noted otherwise, all packages will be shipped via USPS Ground, Parcel or Priority.
USPS Express orders are available upon request for rush delivery desire.
Please note: Orders are not shipped on the weekend and delivery times do not include weekends, holidays or order/product handling times. For urgent orders that must be received overnight, please email us as soon as possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items are final sale at the time of purchase meaning they are non-returnable for refund, exchange or store credit, no exceptions.
All items sold As-Is, no returns. Any imperfections will be noted and photographed to best of ability.
**As vintage clothing sizing generally differs from modern sizing, measurements and closest size estimates are provided to closest measures. All measurements are taken lying flat. Please refer to our “How to size” guide for support on how we get our measurements and how to find your measurements!**
Once tracking information has been provided and package is shipped, Bygone Supply Co is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrectly entered addresses, post office issues, etc.
