This rare 1992 3D Emblem Harley tank is a little bit trashed but has all the character. Special Lace detail, colorful cow skull design. Has a little bit of stretch. White paint stains, a hole near the lace at the top. Right strap could also uses some stitches to bring it back to life. Made in the USA.
